Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally yet.

Shipping is free on every order, whatever the size. There is no minimum order value.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order leaves us.

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your cube arrives damaged, email hello@thetungstencube.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost.
