Privacy policy

When you order: your name, shipping address, email address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you join a restock list: the email address and/or mobile number you enter, the product you asked about, and the time you signed up.

When you email us: your message and email address, so we can reply.

To process, ship and support your order; to send the restock notification you asked for; and to answer your questions. If you gave a mobile number, we send one text when that item is back in stock. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Our website and restock list are hosted by Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe. Orders are shipped by our shipping carriers, who receive your name and address. Transactional email may be sent through an email delivery provider. Each receives only what it needs for that job.

The site uses only cookies required for it to work, such as during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Restock list entries are deleted once the notification has been sent, or on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thetungstencube.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
